These two videos were made during Zoom classes and are casual and unedited. The first is what I consider a “daily” routine and includes more instruction on stance and how to breathe. This routine works open the joints, encourages energy through breathing, shakes away negative energy and has a fairly classic series of flows, easy to make longer or shorter depending on your needs on a given day. The second video is a bit more complex but emphasizes the meditative nature of QiGong. The third is an evening routine that can help you prepare for sleep.
